Before Booking Your Appointment
All appointments made with me will adhere to the policies below.
Pricing:
$300 per hour
Minimum session: $600 (2–2.5 hours)
For minimum sessions, I’ll focus on getting as much work done as possible within that time. This can include completing one larger piece, multiple small tattoos, or splitting the session between friends or family — as long as everything fits comfortably within the scheduled timeframe.
Deposit information:
Cancellation & Payment Policy — Please Read Carefully
Chosen clients will be sent a link to online booking through Square.
I do not require a deposit. Instead, Square securely stores a payment card on file to complete your booking. This card will only be charged if the cancellation policy is violated.
Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the start of your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made within that 2-week window may result in a $600 cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
You may reschedule your appointment online at any time, but I cannot guarantee availability until the next booking period.
All clients are required to keep a valid card on file. Booking an appointment confirms your agreement to this policy.
I understand that emergencies can happen, all cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.
No-Call No-Show Policy:
If you need to cancel for any reason, all I ask is that I be notified about it ahead of time. If I do not hear from you it will be considered a no-call no-show and I will no longer work with you in the future.
Consultations:
I do not take consultations. All consultations are done via email.
Drawing Policy:
I will have your drawings ready for you to review when you come in, but I am not able to send you a drawing before then.
Any design changes will be made before the session begins, but this could potentially add time to your overall session.
If there are any drastic design changes or elements that I was not anticipating before the appointment you may lose your deposit and will have to go through the appointment process again.
This is an extremely rare situation and doesn’t happen very often. I ask that you trust in my work and my process and I promise you won’t be disappointed.
Bookings:
You will be sent a booking link from Square if your inquiry has been accepted. From there, you’ll be able to book your appointment directly.
I book in two-month increments (January/February, March/April, etc.). Ongoing projects and repeat clients receive priority scheduling each booking period. New clients and new projects are scheduled based on availability once priority booking has been completed.
If your project requires more than one session, it will be considered an ongoing project and you will receive priority booking for the next booking period(s) until the project is completed.
Touch ups:
Touch-ups are free within the first year.
This does not apply to: finger tattoos, hand tattoos, or foot tattoos. This rule also does not apply when aftercare instructions have not been followed, or obvious damage was caused by the client. Large scale projects such as sleeves that take multiple sessions also may not apply depending on the piece.
